Setup and Use

1. Measure the sink and compare it with the product’s full supported span before use.
2. Extend the board only as far as needed and rest both ends securely on stable sink rims.
3. Confirm the board is level and cannot slide, tilt or collapse under light hand pressure.
4. Seat the draining basket or collection insert fully before adding ingredients.
5. Cut only on the designated flat cutting surface using controlled knife movements.

Do not use the board over a sink if either side lacks secure support. Avoid excessive downward force, overloading the baskets or allowing knife blades to contact the removable inserts.

Cleaning and Food-Handling Care

Wash the cutting surface, basket and removable components with hot, soapy water after each use. Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to air-dry completely before reassembly or storage. Dishwasher compatibility has not been confirmed, so hand washing is recommended unless the final manufacturer instructions state otherwise.

To reduce cross-contamination, use this board primarily for fresh produce and ready-to-eat ingredients. If it is used with raw meat, poultry or seafood, clean and sanitize every contacted component before using it for other foods. Replace the board if it develops deep knife grooves, cracks, warping or areas that can no longer be cleaned effectively.
