Blade Installation

1. Place the container on a clean, stable and level work surface.
2. Select the required blade insert before adding food.
3. Hold the insert only by its plastic edges and press it into the cutting platform until fully seated.
4. Confirm the insert is secure and level before beginning.
5. Install the draining basket inside the container when rinsing or draining is required.

Safe Operation

• The blades are extremely sharp. Never touch or test a cutting edge with your fingers.
• Always use the supplied food holder, especially as an ingredient becomes smaller.
• Keep fingers, loose clothing and utensils away from the blade opening.
• Use slow, controlled movements and push food in the direction intended by the selected insert.
• Do not attempt to catch falling food beneath the blade with your hand.
• Stop using the product if an insert is bent, loose, chipped or damaged.
• Keep the slicer and all blade inserts out of reach of children.

A cut-resistant kitchen glove may provide additional protection but does not replace the food holder or careful handling.

Cleaning and Storage

Remove blade inserts by holding only their plastic edges. Wash every component with warm, soapy water immediately after use, paying particular attention to food trapped around the blades. Use a cleaning brush rather than fingers to remove residue near cutting edges. Rinse thoroughly and allow all components to dry completely before storage.

Dishwasher compatibility has not been confirmed, so hand washing is recommended. Store every blade insert in a protected position where the sharp edges cannot be touched accidentally.

Food-Handling Care

Use clean components for every food-preparation session. To reduce cross-contamination, keep produce preparation separate from raw meat, poultry and seafood. Clean and appropriately sanitize every contacted component before switching between raw proteins and ready-to-eat foods.
