Removable Suction Shower Handle for Balance Assistance

A Removable Handhold for Light Balance Assistance

Add a convenient temporary handhold to a compatible bathroom surface with this dual-suction shower handle.
The contoured center grip and two locking suction assemblies allow it to be installed, removed, or repositioned
without drilling permanent holes.

Important: Not a Weight-Bearing Grab Bar

This suction-mounted product is intended only as a temporary touchpoint for light balance assistance.
It must not be used to support full body weight, prevent a fall, lift or transfer a person, or replace
a permanently installed structural grab bar. Suction can weaken or release without warning.

Suitable Placement Surfaces

Both suction cups must fit completely on a continuous, airtight surface. Potentially compatible surfaces include:

• Large, smooth glazed tiles without cracks or raised patterns.
• Smooth glass panels positioned away from edges and joints.
• Smooth acrylic or fiberglass surfaces without curvature beneath the cups.
• Polished, nonporous surfaces that allow both cups to form a complete seal.

Installation Instructions

1. Select a smooth, flat, clean, dry, and nonporous installation area.
2. Ensure each suction cup fits entirely on one continuous surface without crossing a grout line or joint.
3. Remove soap film, body oils, mineral deposits, dust, and cleaning-product residue.
4. Dry the surface and both suction cups completely.
5. Place both cups flat against the surface with the release levers open.
6. Press the cups firmly against the surface and close both locking levers.
7. Wait briefly, then test the handle using gentle hand pressure without applying body weight.
8. Do not use the handle if either cup moves, lifts, rotates, or loses its seal.

Surfaces to Avoid

• Grout lines, tile edges, gaps, seams, joints, or cracked surfaces.
• Small tiles that cannot accommodate an entire suction cup.
• Textured, uneven, curved, porous, or matte surfaces.
• Drywall, wallpaper, unfinished wood, painted walls, and natural stone that is not fully sealed.
• Wet, soapy, oily, dusty, or recently cleaned surfaces that have not dried.

Care and Seal Maintenance

• Check both suction cups and locking levers immediately before every use.
• Remove and reinstall the handle regularly, especially after changes in temperature or humidity.
• Wash the suction surfaces with mild soap and lukewarm water when residue develops.
• Allow the cups and wall surface to dry completely before reinstallation.
• Do not use abrasive pads, oils, petroleum products, strong solvents, or boiling water.
• Stop using the product if the handle, lever, cup, or body is cracked, deformed, loose, or damaged.

Critical Safety Limitations

• Never place full body weight on the handle.
• Never use it to enter or exit a bathtub, rise from a toilet, stand from a seated position, or transfer between mobility devices.
• Do not use it as a fall-arrest device, lifting handle, structural rail, towel bar, or equipment support.
• Do not assume that a seal remaining secure yesterday will remain secure today.
• Children must not install, test, hang from, climb on, or play with the handle.
• Anyone who requires dependable weight-bearing support should use a properly anchored structural grab bar installed by a qualified professional.
• This product is not represented as ADA compliant and must not replace any code-required bathroom grab bar.
